Diving deeper, there are a few groups of people I imagine people wanting to work with me might be in. Don’t get caught up in fitting into one of the groups. If any part of you wants to start a conversation with me, listen to it! I’m confident we can have a powerful conversation no matter where you are in your life. This is more of an extra confirmation if any of it resonates, not set rules of people who can/will work with me.

  • Addiction. Rage. Shame. Numbing. Toxic dynamics.

    • Fighting to change deep-rooted behaviors like self-abandonment, emotional shutdown, lashing out, toxic relationships, or numbing — but keep getting pulled back in.

    • To move from “I know what I should do...  to “I’m doing what I need to do”

  • You’ve spent your life adjusting, shrinking, or performing for others' comfort. Constantly overwhelmed, shaped by environments (or inner voices) that taught you to disconnect. You’ve been told you’re too much, too emotional, too intense — or somehow not enough.

Here are (some!) of the guiding principles that lead my practice

  • Peer Support Through Lived Experience - I know what it feels like to crawl out of dark places again and again

  • Going as deep as you are -  Nothing is “too intense” for me.

  • Wholistic Perspective - As a transgender coach and person, I’ve come face-to-face with some of the oppressive institutions that exist in our world.Healing is grounded in both inner work and the systemic forces that shape us. Oppression and power dynamics are real. Both need to be considered to make real change.

  • Multiple Disciplines - I draw from mental health coaching, transformational coaching, and life coaching frameworks, along with tools like motivational interviewing, to create a unique, personalized coaching approach that suits your needs.

  • Clarity and Structure -  tracking small shifts that lead to big change and help people stay with the process when it's messy.

  • Emotional Alchemy - Shadow work that brings your truth into the light and turns pain into wisdom.

  • Laughter - This work can be deep, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I’ll bring humor into our sessions, and hope you’ll join me in sharing that

I want to offer you something Sincere

My job is to help you understand what you want and how to get there. That’s why the first conversation is completely free, I care about you and your life. If you need coaching after that we can talk, but I want to hear from you regardless on if you give me any money.

More than that, I want to help you create long-lasting change through our conversations. I love going into the “why” behind your actions and life choices. I like to help people make change and track that change through small shifts, and leaning on those shifts to create big change.
